does everyone do 3 days on, 3 days off? are there advantages to that schedule compared to others?
i still wanted to get something active in today, so i tried this:
15 rounds
KB Swing 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off
not incredibly hard, but challenging.
3 days on 1 day off. Coach Glassman explains it all in several CF Journal articles and videos. Their case studies have led them to believe this is the optimal schedule.
