WOD

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Deadlifts 95#
15 Sit-ups

6 full rounds

Started too slow but finished fairly strong.

I didn't give it a thought until about the second round, but every movement hits your "core". Mid-line stabilization was shot by the end.
