WOD

30 rounds for time:

1 x Hang Power Clean
1 x Front Squat
1 x Push Press
1 x Back Squat
1 x Push Press (from behind the head)

Men's Rx'd load = 95#
Ladies = 65#

It was good man. Felt great to just man up over the barbell. I set a little bit slower pace, to really stay in control form wise.

Am I right that there are three squats per round? One during the hang squat clean, another on the front squat, and the third during the back squat?

That should say hang power clean. So two squats. I feel like a squat clean followed by a front squat could be overkill.
