7:44The Thrusters @ 95# slay me! After the first 15 I was zapped for the rest of the WOD. I had to break up a set of 10 swings for shit's sake.I can see from the video that I have some form issues on the thruster as well. Not pulling my head through at the top in particular.
Molly,The only difference in the women's prescribed WOD is the thrusters are done at 55# instead of 95#, and the box should be around 20".Depending on your current fitness level, you can scale down further if needed.
