single leg deadlift:
warm up set 3x10
work set 5x1 (left leg & right leg = one rep)

5rnds for time of:
10 thrusters @ 95#
10 walking steps of overhead carry @ 95#

First Day Back since the salmonella hit me last Friday. This one was good for easing back in. I couldn't go fast enough to really get my heartrate spiked. Just happy to be able to do something besides puke and shit...

what were your weights on the single leg?
