Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Bruce,

How has your knowledge of omega 3's impacted your nutrition choices. What's your advice on implementing that knowledge into daily routine? I've read about it before but have never taken enought time to look into a supplement. All I've done is eaten salmon and tuna.

Advice?

I've started taking 3 grams of fish oil per day. The list of benefits is a LONG one. I highly recommend, very easy to impliment.

Check out Buffalo meat for some Omega 3's and 6's. Tastes great, low calorie, low fat, and tons of protein! Me and a buddy are going in on half a buffalo in a couple of months. Should be eating good for a while on that.

my goal was 10 rounds, but that was wiped out once i hit round 3.
