WOD

5 rounds for time:

20 Double Unders
15 Wall Ball (20# @ 10')
10 Burpees

20- 24" box jumps (didn't have jumprope, so figured good swap)
15- 18# Wall Balls (no 20# ball)
10 Burpees

Funny, I punish kids in my weight class with Burpees, I think they are coming back to haunt me now on this workout!

I did it as Rx'd. Got plenty of double under practice...uggghhh. Also, hair is going bye bye.

SHAVE IT!

I went back to 0.25" over the weekend and it feels like home. Plus it's a whole lot cooler now that it's starting to get a little warm out.

Bruce, how often will I need a jumprope? Is it worth it to go to Walmart to pick one up?

I think it's definitely worth it. They have one for under $5.

I plan on using DU's for mono-structural movement more often. They are killer.

i really like that about psg

he brings up some good points

i have a feeling the wods at this years games will have everyone saying wtf once they're posted

i also think that's the way it should be

hopefully we can incorporate at least one as rx'd in the paper shop games

on that note, we need to figure out how we're going to do pullups. the bars at harvest are too low, i think
