Hey Dusty, I bet it's been 10 years or more. It's exciting to run into you, especially since the same thing happened pretty much the same way with Bruce and I almost a year ago.

Paperstreet is the real deal and Crossfit in general will make you experience a new level of pain while producing some awesome results. There's just one catch, you have to "let go" and go FAST. Otherwise, it's just another workout.

I live in Manhattan but will be down in Wichita for the first annual Paper Shop Games, July 24th and 25th. You should put it on your calendar. Also, check out the space I run over in Topeka, "The Shop" at www.theshopblogtopeka.blogspot.com

It's real similar to PSG but we don't do everything for time and occassionally go a little longer.

Looking forward to catching up

Workout today:
Please keep your wives/girlfriends/baby daughters away from a pullup bar so they don't embarrass me...

D-
Hahaa Haha! Your post made me laugh! I'm afraid I would fall into that same category. I am curious to find out and gotta give you credit for doing it. I wasn't going to but now feel obligated.

... and that's a good thing

Bruce will bust it out in 4 minutes or less

Nice Job D!

What was your time Bruce? I'm sure under 5 minutes. I wouldn't vouch for perfect form on all 100 pullups, I was struggling mightily at the end!

I had a bad tear in my hand on rep 75. That was at 3:40. I finished but was slowed way down. I didn't time the rest.
