30 Muscle Ups

Had to workout this morning, so I did the crossfit.com WOD.

As many rounds in 20 minutes as possible:

5 HSPU
10 135# Bench Press (Did 65# dumbbells...easier on my bad shoulders)
15 95# Push Press
20 Bar Dips

Completed 5 full rounds in 20:06. HSPU are pretty scary when your arms/chest/shoulders are totally shot.

3 rds. for time
5 power cleans @ 185#
10 plate lunges @ 45#

john: 4:26
clint: 5:40

then we did:

4x 400m run on the 4 minute mark

john: 1.20, 1.15, 1.18, 1.20
clint: 1.19, 1.22, 1.26, 1.28

good times. now, i'm drinking canadian whiskey, with fresca, watching a ribeye cook.
