Had to workout this morning, so I did the crossfit.com WOD.As many rounds in 20 minutes as possible:5 HSPU10 135# Bench Press (Did 65# dumbbells...easier on my bad shoulders)15 95# Push Press20 Bar DipsCompleted 5 full rounds in 20:06. HSPU are pretty scary when your arms/chest/shoulders are totally shot.
