I was hoping you were giving us Father's Day off! What's a good substitute for the Double Unders, I haven't got a jump rope yet.

Good WOD! My inefficiency on the DU's made it even harder. Still perfecting my form/timing on those dudes

DU's greatly slowed me down also.
Pullups are getting better for me, though. I need to drop about 10 pounds to be able to get alot better.

What was your time Bruce?
