wow...my metcon was fine, strength was good, but my grip was toast after round 2. I could barely hang on to the bar in round 5.

First day doing these workouts. Thought 75# would be way too late...I was way wrong. 5 sets kicked my ass. Last set of pullups was only 6. Finished in 10 minutes. Loved the intensity of workout. Am I going to fast?

No such thing as too fast!!! Every second counts.

Just make sure you're using complete range of motion and good form.
