i think that's a good video, other than he does a whole lot of hip twisting and leg moving.
After doing this WOD I'm not sure about RMMs being done for time. I don't think we'll see these again.
i tend to agree. i haven't done it yet but believe the movement doesn't lend itself to the timed environment. it's too technical to go fast, at least at 2 x 25lbs.
