I'll have to sub 155# as that's all the bumpers I have. I'm not too upset though. 155# is gonna crush me.

I am off today after 3 straight days on. Did a 45 minute bike ride this afternoon

44 reps at 155#, and 40 reps @ 135# in 29:05.

This absolutely ate my lunch. Humbling. I hope one of the fire breathers posts a video of this done as Rx'd. I would love to see it.
