great snatch practice, I paid close attention to my footwork and 1st and 2nd pull. You can really feel it when you get it right.

I would recommend dropping and resetting with every lift. It takes longer but, you could jack a shoulder up on the eccentric.

if you ever get a chance in warm up some video of what you just described would help me to better understand. i'll look at the journal in the meantime but you're speaking a different language right now

Did the first 21 without stopping...kicked my ass! Had to break up the 15 set then.

Dips were with chains, not as hard as the rings.

Not pleased with my performance today, had a very late night in Lincoln, Neb last night.

Bruce, send me your directions for homemade rings.
