WOD

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
16 1-Pood Kettlebell swings

Is there anyway to do muscle ups without rings? How about a good substitution?

You can do bar muscle ups if you have the right kind of pullup bar. Subs can be found in the FAQ section of the CF main page, but there is nothing quite like the real thing. It's an explosive complex movement.
