I've been nursing a neck injury, but hope to be able to do this WOD tonight.

I tried a couple of pullups last night and it felt like fire was shooting up my neck.

I'm pretty sure I injured it on my weighted pullups WOD, so be careful not to overload on those.

that's crazy because the week before last i went up for a pullup at the very beginning of a WOD and pulled a muscle in my neck too - it's been sore ever since. i guess i wasn't warmed up enough.

i didn't know pullups could be so dangerous......

Yeah, I was locked up man. I treated with microwave therabeads and more pull ups. I'm right as rain now.
