i couldn't find what chest ups were, so i did slow, isolated push ups instead.

i also don't have a bar for the front squats, so i just used dumbells @ 70 lbs.

it was still a very good one....

This WOD comes from Clint at The Shop in Topeka, KS.

We were both complaining about our respective weaknesses, and Clint had the idea to program a WOD that addressed them all!

Anyway, it whipped my ass. The video is a little long but you get the idea. I'll post my time after Clint has a chance to tackle it.

Man, I AM EXCITED for this. Butterflies and full of anxiety though. Today was my planned "bad day" and it will be Monday before I will be back at "The Shop" to do the workout. Sorry that you'll have to keep your time a secret until then Bruce. I guess it's time for me to focus and see what kind of time I can post. Right now I have no idea. I just don't do enough timed workouts to gauge how long it will take me. Squervis until next Monday I guess.

19:36 and it was TOUGH! Bruce smoked me with a 17:08!

I taped it and will try to get something put together.
