I seriously bonked on the last round of Double Unders. UG...LY.
Not a great one, but certainly better than doing nothing. Prior commitment this afternoon is keeping me from being able to WOD at home.
Looks like you are getting pretty good at the DU's. I know I was greatly improved the 2nd time they were on a workout compared to the first. The most I got in a row was 9, though.
IMPRESSIVE.Both the actual WOD and the video. I really like the way you shot the footage, especially the ending, and your DU's are making me jealous.Again, cool video.
