Good WOD. My ring dips need practice, but I felt really good on the OHS.

my shoulder started to come out of place during the round of 15 on OHS, so i had to stop in the middle, rest and finish the set out - i did the last round with 85#

i was leaning forward a little too much, which i'm sure caused this. form is golden on those.
