10 Pushpress @ 95
15 Back Squats @ 95
400m Run

Wife is out of town so I've had to wod over lunch this week in order to pick up the kids at night. Yesterday we had a meeting at lunch so I had no time.

need to work on the back squats, hardtest part for me, believe it or not

I'm just the opposite. The back squats were like recovery time. The push press had me gasping.

I've got to get stronger at taking things over head. It crushes me.

I am with you Bruce, back squats were my chance to catch my breath, just like they are during the MTNATHLETE Barbell complex. HSC wasn't bad either, push press was killer every round.
