3 Rounds For Time:

50 Squats
7 Muscle Ups*
10 Hang Power Cleans @ 135#


*Sub for MU's is a 4/1 ratio of pullups and ring dips

Muscle Ups are a challenging movement to say the least. I've never been able to do more than one at a time but I bet you'll have more success than that.

Pretty slow time, but for my first Muscle Ups WOD, I'll take it.

thanks for the video.

muscle-ups went pretty well it looks. last time i tried those it was all "muscle" and no technique. looking forward to getting our rings hung again so i can try them again with the kip.

i bet they were easier than those damn hang power cleans...
