Rest Day

I've gone 5 days straight (I didn't post my Saturday and Sunday activity). My longest stretch to date, and I'm beat! I'll be taking it easy now, until Saturday, when I start my CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Posts will probably be nil until Monday, but I'll be sure and include a rundown of the weekend.

Feel free to use this post to log any of your WODs over the weekend.

Does that mean I'll have to pay to play here at PSG starting on Monday? Is the "members" link gonna suddenly appear in the top right corner? ;-)

Seriously though, have a good time and enjoy the experience.

Good Luck!. I'm coming up on month one of doing crossfit and have lost about 10 lbs- paleo diet is amazing. I know I never post on your blog but I check it all the time. Thanks for the inspiration. Have fun.
