I still have to ease myself down onto the toilet using both hands, due to friday's WOD. Hopefully this will help with the soreness :)

There's something to be said for training volume along with speed. We have both been training at opposite ends of the spectrum and have recently been slapped in the face by the pain caused by something unfamiliar.

A balanced training approach should be at the top of both or our 09 resolutions.
