10 rounds is 10 rounds no matter what movements you are doing. Since I had the free time I wanted to give one of the Mountain Athlete marathons a try.
(1) I never really felt challenged metabolically, but got crushed on strength. The TGUs were brutally slow.
(2) This was a challenge of will more than anything. A long hard grind.
This was a really fun change of pace.

those double kb swings look tough
have you ever tried your "box jumps" with the cooler turned the other way? I like having a wider base to land on when doing jumps, seems to help
