Warmed up with Dot Drill.
Did 6 rounds of WOD, admittedly not by best showing...
Cooled down with 3 X 10 Back Squat @ 115#
Came to the realization that without a squat rack I have to be able to clean and jerk the weight in order to get it to the back squat position :)
Where Eagles Dare might be the best song ever to WOD to.

Barbell Complex:
6 Dead Lift
6 Bent Over Row
6 Hang Clean
6 Front Squat
6 Pushpress
6 Back Squat
all without setting down the bar.
Then do 6 pushups or sub them for Burpee Pullups to increase the oxygen demand.
on friday:
Max Reps KB Bench on Swiss Ball
For Time:
KB Swing and Burpee circuit
R1 looks like: 10x KBS + 1x Burpee
R2 looks like: 10x KBS + 2x Burpee
R3 looks like: 10x KBS + 3x Burpee
Repeat up to 10x Burpees
Then:
Max Reps KB Bench on Swiss Ball
circuit: 10:25 - i knocked off 3 minutes off my previous time
