Freak of nature? Good genes? Steriods, HGH, or other controversial supplements? OR could it be consistent hard work with strong adherence to the correct nutrition plan? I don't know the answer to that one. The question is this, how possible is that stuff for any one of us to achieve? and with what level of sacrifice?
