Damn B! You're lookin' tough as nails in that pic! I'm jealous to say the least. After thanksgiving I'll start chasing you in the "appearance" area.
I just wanted to show off the new 7' oly barbell. I'm pumped! Now I just have to chase you in the bumper plate area.
I was going to ask if that was new. There are quite a few workouts I used to do with only the bar if you look thru the earlier dates of that workout log I sent you. As far as bumper plates goes, just get one set of yellow 25's for $100 from Wright Rubber and call it good. Then you can add regular weights on the end when you need to increase.
Now you can start practicing on that OHS goal!

That last round is brutal yeah? The last 40 KBS were the hardest thing for me. I had to do 4 sets of 10.
yeah the last round was real hard. i could only do 20 squats at a time and i could only do 20 at a time. my legs feel like jello.
20 KB swings at at time that is :)
