This was my first "Heavy" WOD and boy did I feel it. I've got some work to do...

Not to take ANYTHING away from your workout but I think it's prescribed at 1.15 x bodyweight. I've been meaning to attempt it but just haven't yet. I'm tipping the scale at 177 today so I think I'll wait until I get back down to a more managable 165. Then, just before Christmas I'll tackle "Jonescrawl" at 190 but I can already tell you it will take me longer than 7:30. Maybe I'll work the bodyweight down and the deadlift weight up over the next month and do it once a week.

That's what I thought too! But when I looked it up on my sheet it said bodyweight. Oh well, I'm glad I made the mistake :)

That shit felt heavy...

I will do this again and beat that time. Current goal is under 5:00

Once I get down to 165 I'll be pretty close to the 1.15 x bodyweight. I guess I would actually need to do it at 190.
