Brumm, did you buy kettlebells or are you doing it wih an oly bar?

Bruce, a little faster with 15 of each then 10 of each for a total of25 reps of each instead of the 50 you had been doing.

Goob and I are planning to do this one this weekend as well.

right now i'm using dumbbells - ones i think are too heavy.

i only have one kettlebell.

i need to get a bar.

Our Pullup bar is at 95" high. Makes for a good jump.

That would definately make a serious difference in that workout. The rack at the rec and the one at my work are both 84" I believe. An extra 11" would add up fast over 25 burpee pullups.
