First time trying double unders...wow.
Several months ago I did this WOD, but did KB goblet thrusters instead of wallball, and 100 jumping jacks in place of double unders.
Waaaaahhhahahahahaaaa!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!! The wall ball is infinitely more brutal than the KB Goblet Thruster, and I'd rather do 500 jumping jacks than 50 DU's.
Also, this hair must go.
