i don't have that much weight yet, so i did this:15-10-5 For Time:Thrusters (M-95#, W-55#)KBSBox Jump (M-24", W-20")Burpees 8:01i fucking lost it mentally the first set of burpees and second set of thrusters. i stopped to rest, therefore getting a worse score than the last time i did this.
Time lost, 8-9 minutes.
