Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

I know how you feel Goob, I went on a 9 day one and put 10lbs back on. I can't hardly wait to feel that way again, how I felt after doing things right for 2 weeks. Only this time it will continue to get better and better each week after that.

Nice times guys. That one wooped me when I did it a month or two ago.
