125-135-135-135-135Needed just a few more plates.Just to clarify, you have to go from the bottom of the front squat to overhead in one fluid motion. No front squatting, pausing, then push pressing.
box jump was 24"
Bruce - Impressive. That one freaks me out a little. I'll have to try it. you better get some weight ordered or pick some up locally
