Front Squat Push Press, a.k.a. Thrusters

This is a max effort. Goal is the highest load possible without breaking reps, while maintaining proper form. Post loads to comments

Brumm, if you don't have weight for max efforts, I would sub a different WOD.

“Burpee Gone Bad”

3 Rounds of:

Goblet Thruster @ 35# (1 minute)
Sumo DL high pull @ 75# (1 minute)
Push Press @ 75# (1 minute)
Box Jumps (1 minute)
BURPEES (1 minute)
rest (1 minute)

Score = Grand Total of Reps

Needed just a few more plates.

Just to clarify, you have to go from the bottom of the front squat to overhead in one fluid motion. No front squatting, pausing, then push pressing.
