Looks like you're packing on some muscle Bruce.

That is one of the simplest and I'm guessing, most brutal, origingal wods I've seen in a while. Gonna have to try it soon.

I think using a rack would be perfect for this one. The added Deadlifts and Hang Cleans from broken sets slowed me way down.

Judging by Goob's time, I'm guessing he banged out 5 sets of 5...burly.
