7 deadlifts @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
7 hang squat cleans @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
7 jerks @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
400 meter run

at 95#. the hang squat cleans gave me fits. my time at that weight is discouraging and at this point very frustrating.

I guess I should join the "wish I had done better" party and put down my time of 14:22 @ 135

Not real happy about it but that's how it goes. Gotta use it as fuel for the fire.

and yes, I would agree, Goob is a MONSTER!

Now we losers ;) have a time in, and can work to beat it next time. That's what I love about CF, your biggest competition is, yourself.

I need more bumper plates. 95# use to own me, and then I started these WODs at 115# and 135#. Guess what? 95# doesn't feel all that heavy anymore. If I'm gonna own 135#, I better start WODing at 155# :)
