I am simply impressed you guys were able to do anything today other than walk around like an old man. Stairs are brutal today.

Today (Sunday) is the worst yet. Stairs at the library brought tears to my eyes.

Somehow Goob didn't get bit as bad as we did. I'm going to have to do a different workout tomorrow than the rest of the group. Kinda sucks cuz I was really looking forward to what I have planned.

i've been stretching constantly, and using heat and ice, because of the injury i sustained back on the 26th of Feb. legs feel good.

I've actually heard the heat and ice thing works miracles. Michael Smith (Hogs RB) spends two hours on Sunday Mornings after the games alternating between Hot Tub and standing in a 55 gallon drum of ice water. So I've heard...
