WOD

Six-Way BB Complex:
6x Deadlift +
6x Row +
6x Hang Clean +
6x Front Squat +
6x Back Squat +
6x Push Press +
6x Push-up
One set each @ 75#, 85#, 95#, 3 sets total

Then, For Time:

30-20-10

OHS @ 35% Bodyweight
Ring Push-up

Then:

10x TGU @ 35# KB (perfect form, extremely slow movements)

those last few TGUs turned my arms into jello.

8:02 huh, maximus is pretty fast

I may need to try that one @ 60lbs and see how it goes, 170.5 current bw as of this am.

What do you weight now and what did you do the circuit at.

158# before WOD. OHS @ 55#.

Most of my rest was taken during the ring push ups. My bird chest catches up with me during those suckers.
