Then: 30 Renegade Man Makers

20 @ 15# and 10 @ 25#

I just wanted to get a taste of what they were all about, and...wow...

RMM are no joke! One of my favorites for sure. I get the most out of them with the 20's and sometimes the 15lb dumbbells. The 25's are good for low reps but my form starts to falter if I try too many.

My shoulders were ON FIRE during the 15#ers. And during the 25#ers I had to stop for a moment because i had SO much sweat in my eyes.

Killer exercise.

FYI-For you Fayettevillians, Emily and I joined the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club this week. They have an indoor track, a pullup/dip rack, a huge selection of dumbells, and an outstanding swimming pool.

The cost is a little over $300 for THE YEAR. That money goes toward the operational budget, and to help with all the amazing after school and sports programs they offer. Great opportunity for philanthropy, and you get something out of the deal as well. Can't beat that!
