AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

6 jumping back squats 45#
8 chest ups
10 shoulder presses 45#

i know you didn't plan this out with my pullup struggles in mind. but, maybe you knew better than me-- what it would take to finally get me kipping. thanks regardless. the kip is coming around.

the other two movements were more an intro and conclusion to the pullups (i had to sub pullups after the first eight chest ups)

14 full rounds. sorry so lengthy.

Yeah, definitely not my intention, but if you force reps when fatigued the kip will teach itself.

Those bar shoulder presses got pretty tough in the teen rounds eh?
