WOD

10 Rounds

1x Barbell Complex every 2 minutes


Start with the load from your usual second round barbell complex. Use this load through the fifth round. Then, if you're finishing the complex before 65 seconds have elapsed, Increase your load. If not, leave it alone.

Do the same after the 8th round. If you're finishing before 65 seconds, Increase the load. If not, leave it alone.

hahaha. brummett, i'd like to know how long this wod took you.

i started at 75#, and did a lot of "leave(ing) it alone"

started each round on the minute at 0,2,4,6,etc.. i hope that's right.

4: 1:07
5: 1:10
6: 1:09
7: 1:09
8: 1:12
9: 1:11
10: 1:14

it took me 25 minutes. i was toast the last 4 rounds.
