Nice Bruce! Where did you go to get your dead / tabata row on? Those are some impressive numbers for $1.55, your already at the coveted 2 x bw mark. Do you thihk you could have gone further?

Local Globo Gym, $9 Day Pass. 315# was as far as I felt comfortable going my first time out. Didn't want to start rounding my back.

That's really impressive on the Dead lift. That's about 20-40lbs higher than I've gone. I need some serious help in that arena.
