10 double swings @ 2 x 35lbs
10 115lb dead lift
10 burpees
10 115lb hang power clean
10 box jumps @ 24"
10 115lb front squats
10 chest ups
10 115lb push press/jerk
10 ring pushups
10 115lb back squats

FUCK! my computer's power went out on the last set! i have no idea what my time was since i was using an online stopwatch...........

i don't have a bar yet - i could have used the extra weight.

Dammit man. I was gonna try and hold off until Monday but NOT ANYMORE. I'm ridiculously sore from the last three days' efforts so I guess I better just man up and get over it. Maybe a little cardio but a rest day tomorrow for sure.

my time was 19:05 with one variation: i had to use a 27" box (it was that or 20")

it sucked.

I failed to get the bar over my head into the back squat position on first attempt, my arms were friggin jello after the presses and ring pushups. Holy crap.

Summary - I do better at the shorter wods with average to above average loads. Bruce kills me on the longer efforts where wind becomes more of a factor.

no video. i haven't been able to figure that out yet. the format our camcorder uses doesn't seem to work with bruce's mac like yours does and i haven't taken the time to figure out the editing software i have access to at home. i'm hoping to figure it out and get some videos up on the shop blog soon, it's just a matter of how much time i have to spend on this extra stuff each week, it gets kinda time consuming if your not careful.
