i can understand why tx, la, and ar are all red...that's where all the good eatin' is.

i couldn't do light fran for 2 reasons: i can't kip on my shitty pullup bar, and i couldn't find my watch.

i did this:

round 1
10 strict pullups
10 thrusters at 95
20 kb swings
10 burpees

round 2

down to 1 rep.

i didn't time it, but it was tough.
i ate an entire tub of popcorn, a box of mike'n'ikes, and drank a tanker of root beer at the movies last night. i've completed morning workouts, and still been drunk from the night before, and it was easier than working out after the junk i consumed last night.
