WOD

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

my pullup bar popped out of the door frame during round 2 (hence the six minutes twelve seconds). it hit me in the chest and i ended up on the concrete floor clutching the thing. i don't know if i've ever fallen that hard.

Hahaha! How come you didn't do round 5? Seems like you were breezing through. I can't believe you posted your fastest time in the fourth round. I was having to do five rep sets of pushups by then.
