WOD

KB Complex

Complete 8-6-4-2 reps of the following movements plus ten pushups at the end of each round. KBs are not to be set down until completion of the round.

deadlift
bent over row
hang clean
front squat
pushpress
deadlift
+10 pushups

i did the barbell complex as posted on mountain athlete.

round 1: 65lbs.
dead lift, bent-over row, hang clean, front squat, push press, back squat.
6 reps of each movement.
round 2: 75lbs.
round 3: 95lbs.
round 4: 105lbs.

each round was followed by a set of 10 pushups. looking back, i should've done a fifth set at 115, as the above were done unbroken. i should've worked until i failed.

I did the KB Complex, 8-6-4-2. I then followed it up with the Main site WOD from Monday. Weighted Pullups, 1-1-1-1-1-1-1.

I did 35 lbs 7 times, with 4 failed attempts at 70 lbs mixed in there.
