Man, I struggled with those heavy front squats. need to start working them back in.

I would really like to do that one but don't know if the resulting shoulder pain for the next week from those burpees would be worth it. Just wish I could majically make this injury go away. I'm no better than I was 2 months ago when it happened.

400m run

Man, I really hope not but to be honest that's what it feels like is gonna happen. I haven't been back to the ortho and plan to do that at the end of the month. Maybe physical therapy and more rest would do the trick. I sure hope so. I won't deal with this lack of upper body activity and live with the pain the rest of my life. Not from age 30.
