1 Power Clean
3 Front Squats

Go heavy. No time element.

Had a spotter to check my ROM on Press.

3x10 Pullups- worked on ROM, getting much better with Kip, finished all sets complete.

3x20- Overhead Squats with 45#. Not quite parallel, but getting better.

115, 135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205. lack of adequate rubber prevented anything further. i still had gas in the tank. i'm ordering more rubber with my next paycheck. i need to establish a FS max.

The 195lb power clean, I probably dipped a little low for to not be called a full clean. Can't wait to do this when I have some bumper plates so I can try a little more weight.

Rubber and rings are now on order.
