lower back tightened up like a little bitch - had to stop timing myself because it was taking way too long. however, my first round was 5:37, so it went waaay down hill after that.

Your final round time is redonk goob. Did you break any of the 20 rep sets?

i did 10, then 10 more on the push jerk and the hang cleans, unbroken on the DL.

i can't wait to see D's time. he probably did the second round of hang cleans ON the shitter.
