How do you define your situps? I'd like to try that one but want to do it the same as you guys did.

We just did them on the garage floor. It sucked. I eventually want a Glute Ham brace. When I finished I was able to stand on Chips feet for a few reps. He said it made a huge difference.

I suggest finding something to brace your feet. I will next time.

I did this workout about a month ago and had yet to sogn up on here. Got it done in 7:41 but it was no joke.
