1 rep max clean
1 rep max clean and jerk
1 rep max deadlift

Use as much time as needed to get to your one rep max of each exercise. Your score is the total weight lifted of each of the three max weights.

The box off was great, unfortunately my partner fell from the pullup bar during the Power Snatch - T2B station and hit her head on a plyobox on the way down. Opened her head right up. Little bit scary, but she ended up being okay.

It was our last station, and her last rep of the round! Just goes to show how hard she was pushing it.
